We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Barking It Up. If however you are not completely satisfied we will issue a full refund for the product price. You have 14 days to return a product.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note that returns due to dislike, size, packaging ect. will incure a 20% restocking fee.

We can NOT accept returns/exchanges if the item was personalized, unless it was our mistake.

Clearance items and Treats are NOT available for return or exchange.

If your item shows visible signs of wear and tear, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange.  These signs include, but are not limited to, stretched fabric, color fade, wear marks from buckle collars, stretched holes on buckle collars, scratched charms, tags, buckles, missing pieces, hair on the item, and stains of any kind.

To return your product please contact us for a return authorization. We will email you with instructions on how to return your product to us.

Once we have received your product we will then issue you a refund. We do not pay for return shipping charges. If however your product was defective or was a mistake on our part we will gladly pay your return shipping charges.
