Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
International Shipping:
In addition to shipping anywhere in the
US
, we are now currently offering shipping to
Canada
and the
U.K.
via USPS First Class Mail International Package (for items totaling up to 3 pounds) and USPS International Priority Mail. Rates currently start as low as $2.23 (First Class) / $19 (Priority) to Canada and $2.44 (First Class) / $26.50 (Priority) to the UK.
For International orders, shipping time frames are generally 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.
Processing:
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered within 1-10 business days. We also offer priority shipping within the U.S. only for an additional fee. We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses.
Free Shipping:
All orders shipped using Free Shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority, Fedex Home Delivery or Fedex Ground. When your order ships, you will receive an email specifying the shipping method with tracking number, so that you can track your package via the carrier's website. Packages usually take between 2 - 10 business days to arrive to your home, depending on your location. Please note that Free Shipping only applies to orders shipping to the USA and orders shipped to a single address.
Expedited Shipping:
If you would like to receive your order faster than ground shipping, we are pleased to offer Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day. Extra fees apply when using these methods. Applicable fees will be posted during checkout.
Backorders and Out of Stock Items:
Most of the time, all of our products are in stock, unless noted on the website. However, from time to time, stock items become backordered during the course of a day. When this happens, you will be notified via email which items are backordered and given a date range in which they will be shipped. We will ship the in-stock items right away and send your backordered items as soon as we receive them.
